We are here to help. We do not perform or refer for abortion, but we can provide you with the information on the different types of abortion, how the abortion is performed, and the risks associated with the procedures.

Before you make a decision to have an abortion, make sure you are really pregnant and how far along you are in the pregnancy. After taking a positive pregnancy test at the WRC, our staff will determine if you are eligible for a limited OB ultrasound. You will have the results of your pregnancy test during your visit.

You want to make sure your pregnancy is a viable pregnancy implanted in the wall of the uterus. Up to 25% of all pregnancies naturally miscarry, and an undiagnosed ectopic pregnancy (a pregnancy in your fallopian tube) is very dangerous to your health, requiring you to seek immediate attention at a local hospital.

Am I really pregnant?

The thought of being pregnant can be overwhelming. The first thing you need to do is determine if you're really pregnant. We offer free pregnancy testing using medical quality tests.

Thinking about abortion? Consider this...

Up to 25% of early pregnancies end in miscarriage. So if you are considering abortion as an answer to your unplanned pregnancy it's important to have an ultrasound before making that decision. An ultrasound will confirm that the baby is in the uterus and has a heartbeat. If the baby is growing outside of the uterus this can be life-threatening. We do not refer for or perform abortions at the Center.

Can I get an Ultrasound?

If your pregnancy test is positive, you may qualify for a free limited ultrasound at our center done by our nursing staff. All ultrasound scans are read and reviewed by an OB/GYN.

Will my insurance be billed?

All of our services are free of charge, so we won't need to see proof of insurance. The only thing you need to bring with you is a photo ID.

Laboratory Quality Pregnancy Testing

This test is an easy process that involves a simple urine sample and results are given at your appointment.

Limited OB Ultrasound

If your pregnancy test is positive at the WRC, you may qualify for a free limited ob ultrasound. This ultrasound will confirm that the baby is in the uterus and has a heartbeat.

Confidential Support

Our staff is there for you – no pressure, judgment-free. They will listen to your pregnancy concerns and discuss your options with you.
